The first thing I noticed about this sheet mask is that it comes packed with a generous amount of essence. It is incredibly moist right out of the package. The scent is completely neutral, neither good nor bad, which I personally prefer for facial products.Following the package instructions, I left the mask on for the full 40 minutes to give my skin plenty of time to absorb as much product as possible. It felt very relaxing while wearing it, and once I took it off, my skin felt incredibly soft, smooth and deeply hydrated.I do have two minor callouts regarding my personal experience. First, unfolding the mask was a bit of a challenge. The mask itself has a paper-like texture, and because it is so heavily saturated with essence, it gets quite slippery and tricky to unfold from the package. Second, because I have pretty sensitive skin, I did notice a couple of small breakouts the day after using it. However, my skin typically reacts this way to new products, so it wasn't a total surprise. Despite the initial sensitivity, I was pleased with the effectiveness of glowy skin and the hydration boost. I am excited to keep using these long-term to see how my skin adjusts over time.
I really enjoy using face masks at night and these masks have quickly become one of my favorite skincare treats. The fit is excellent -- they stay put on my face without sliding around, so I can actually move around the house while wearing them. Even after 40–50 minutes, the mask still feels comfortably moist and never gets that dry, stiff feeling. The hydration is also fantastic. Every time I remove one, my skin looks plump and has that healthy, lit-from-within glow that makes you look well-rested.One thing I really appreciate is how much ampoule is packed into each mask. There's more than enough left over to massage into my neck, chest, and hands and somehow I still have extra essence remaining in the pouch. Nothing goes to waste!I especially love using these the night before an event or a get-together because they leave my skin looking smooth, hydrated, and perfectly prepped for makeup the next morning. Everything applies beautifully, and my skin looks glowy and healthy underneath. If you're looking for a mask that delivers serious hydration and a gorgeous glow, these are definitely worth trying. And, these are totally wallet-friendly :)
This set of 5 Honey Banana sheet masks by MUMUKI are excellent for deep hydration, barrier recovery, and post procedure maintenance. This is much more than just a hydrating mask. Active ingredients include ingredients targeting cellular repair, peptides targeting expression lines, hydrolyzed collagen to plump the skin and lock in moisture, and high up on the ingredient list is Centella Asiatica (Cica) which indicates a functional, high % concentrate to calm redness and repair the skin barrier. There's also ingredients for brightening and evening skin tone, anti-inflammatories and probiotics to support the skin's microbiome. Of course, there's multi-molecular weight hyaluronic acids for hydration and sustained plumping of skin. Retinol is listed towards the end, so you may want to be careful if you're already using a retinol product to not overdo it.The mask adheres really well to the contours of your face. I wore it for 40 minutes easily. The instructions say 10-20 minutes but go for 40 minutes if you want an intensive effect. After 40 minutes, the mask was still wet and there is still a layer of serum on your face that remains for quite a bit of time, so you won't be doing this mask right before going out. There's enough serum in the pouch and left over on the mask to treat your decolletage and hands. Your face will look shiny and sticky for some time. In the morning, my face looked pretty hydrated and felt smooth.$25 for 5 masks is the going price these days for face sheet masks with sophisticated formulations.
I have dry, sensitive skin and am always looking for products that provide good hydration without causing irritation. I've used several Mumuki Honey Banana products before with positive results, although this is the first mask from the line that I’ve tried, and I was excited to give it a try.The mask itself is soft, comfortable to wear, and generously saturated with serum. I kept it on for about 15 minutes, and it adhered well to my face without slipping around during that time. There was also plenty of essence left to apply to my neck after removing the mask. After using the mask, my skin felt noticeably more hydrated and looked plumper and more refreshed. I can't speak to any long-term firming or elasticity benefits yet since I’ve only used one mask so far, but it definitely gave my skin a healthy, dewy appearance and helped relieve some of the dryness I've been dealing with. Most importantly, it didn't cause any redness, stinging, or irritation.Based on my experience with this mask and the brand's other products, I've become a fan of the Mumuki skincare line. Their products seem focused on hydration and skin barrier support while still feeling gentle enough for sensitive skin. This set includes five masks, which makes it easy to incorporate into a regular skincare routine or save for days when your skin needs an extra boost of moisture. At around $25 for five masks, I think the price is reasonable for the quality and ingredients. Personally, I probably won't be adding them to my regular routine once this pack runs out, but that's more a reflection of my skincare budget than the product itself. I tend to test a lot of skincare products, so sheet masks are more of an occasional treat for me than a staple.I think these are a great option for anyone looking for a hydrating sheet mask that leaves skin feeling soft, smooth, and refreshed.
I recently started hearing about this brand, and it seems to be leaning into the whole PDRN trend with its BDRN complex. So far, I've had a good experience with these masks. They feel well made, and the sheets hold plenty of essence, which gives them a more premium feel. The masks are very saturated and stay comfortably in place while wearing them. My skin feels noticeably more hydrated and refreshed afterward, and ingredients like collagen and multiple forms of hyaluronic acid fit well with that experience. I haven't used them long enough to comment on claims related to elasticity or other long-term effects, but the immediate hydration is definitely there.Overall, I've enjoyed using these and think they're a nice option for anyone looking for a moisturizing sheet mask. If your skin is feeling dry or dull, these provide a good boost of hydration and leave it looking healthy and refreshed.
