MUMUKI Refund & Return Policy

■ Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

■ How to Start a Return
Email info@mumukiofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. Please request a return before sending anything back — items sent without a prior request will not be accepted. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

■ Return Condition

  • Unopened/unused items: full refund

  • Opened/used items: partial refund (per item condition), unless the issue was due to a defect or our error

  • Items with a confirmed defect, damage, or shipping error are eligible for a full refund or exchange regardless of use, provided you notify us within the 30-day window

■ Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: customer is responsible for return shipping. If the returned amount brings your order below the $50 free-shipping threshold, the original $6.95 shipping fee will be charged and deducted from your refund.

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item: MUMUKI covers return shipping in full.

■ Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
