Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping: $6.95 flat rate (all orders)

• Free standard shipping on orders over $50

Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships, generally within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days across the continental United States. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods (holidays, promotions).

(Note: At the moment, we are unable to deliver to remote areas and territories such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. MUMUKI is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If your order has already begun processing or shipped, we may not be able to change the address; if a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Undeliverable / Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier but you're unable to locate it, please contact us [info@mumukiofficial.com] within 5 days so we can investigate with the carrier. We are unable to issue refunds for packages confirmed delivered due to theft or loss after delivery, except in cases of confirmed carrier error.
